April 2009 – Aloe Creek officially comes to life with the approval in principal
August 2009 – Aloe Creek is officially approved with stamped layout
September 2009 – The Surveyor places all pegs for the sites
October 2009 – Sale Agreements, Price lists are confirmed with the anticipated start of sales and marketing campaign scheduled for December 2009
KZN Wildlife visits the site and confirms that Aloe Creek will be able to introduce Game like Impala, Zebra, Waterbuck, Ostrich and offered assistance in the possibility of introducing Oribi, too
